Hailing from Vancouver, B.C., Helen first began her training at Vancouver Film School. Craving a more traditional conservatory approach, she then completed a two year professional workshop at renowned Circle In The Square Theatre School on Broadway. 

A versatile, experienced actor for film, television and theatre, she is an experienced professional who lives to tell stories.
